Diversity & Inclusion Summit

On behalf of Conscious Youth Solutions, we want to invite you to participate in the 2018 Diversity & Inclusion Summit. This year is a big year for the city with all the recent leadership changes and the continued growth of Sioux Falls. Conscious Youth Solutions aims to provide the community with a theme that emphasizes the importance of our emerging workforce and how critical it is to integrate these demographics into our community.

Diversity today means more than race and gender. There’s growing significance placed on creating environments where a variety of different voices are encouraged and heard. These voices come from people who may or may not be of the same gender, race, or ethnicity. Diversity in the workplace today can include a variety of representations. More than ever, it is apparent the need to come together as a collective group to tackle the issues of workforce development and in particular bridging the gap of workforce training and job skills.
